having portable devices has definitely made reading and accessibility to books much easier. but, even in the day and age where technology reigns supreme, there's nothing like curling up to a good, solid, tangible book. these photos are from my recent trip back home. we made a pit stop in austin, and took a moment to roam through this ever so cute, vintage bookstore. this may sound weird - but my favorite part of a classic novel is the smell. there's something comforting about the aroma of a book that's been battered, bruised, read and enjoyed more times that you can count.
